This house near where my grandmother lived and where my cousin lives today, near Kempton, PA. is where the retired parents of the farmer on the neighboring farm lived whenever the younger generation took over. The operation. (When I was growing up the retirees were the father of the farmers wife and the mother of the farmer. Both had been previously widowed. Today it’s a rental and rundown.

A Mile or so up the road from this mill is the Dreibelbis covered bridge, which was constructed to link the road on the other side of iden Creek with the Mill.
